John lost interest in us quickly once it became clear we had a small budget that we planned to stick to. We wanted a very simple, low maintenance design for our tiny front yard and that is not what we ended up with at all. What we got is an ugly mess. I recently emailed him about our dissatisfaction and asked if he would come back and pull up the plants that are not doing well and offered to let him take, and reuse the ones that are flourishing, as we don't like those ones either. He never responded. It looks so awful we plan to rip everything out next spring and start over. We feel like we just wasted every cent of our money.
