I organize maintainence/repairs for a reatail store. I use Nic for all my repairs in the London/ Stratford area. we have been using Nic in this area for over a year now and i certainly have no complaints. His prices are in line and He works well with the store staff and works with them to get the job done (to their sometimes demanding specifications) and they're always satisfied/really happy with the work he does.
I had Len Carr come to quote replacing a contactor at our store in Intercity mall, and after the initial phone call the tech. was there within hours. While he was quoting this project he was able to quote replacing 2 ballasts in our back room. They gave a great price and the ballasts were replaced the next day.
I dispatch repairs for a National Retail chain. Dennis at Jordan Construction has taken care of repairs in our Avalon Mall location promptly and proffesionally for a while now. Last repair they did for us was a replacement water heater, the price of which was on par with what i usually pay for this sort of thing across Canada, and he had it installed and ready to go in what felt like no time at all.
I called After Hours plumbing to review a toilet that was constantly overflowing in my Clearsping Centre location. The lady i talked to on the phone was very friendly and my issue was dealt with in a timely manner.

I am a repairs dispatch for a national clothing comany and needed some small fixes in our Cornerbrook location.
