I was in search of an affordable, yet comfortable futon for school. I wanted something good quality. The sales associate was wonderful and showed me a futon they had on sale at the time - only $150. She emplained her daughter has the same one and is very happy with it. During the purchase process, the saleswoman was polite and very helpful; she knew what she was doing and was very good at it. The futon arrived on time within the date she provided. She made sure I knew the return policy with Sears and the warranty information on the product. The store itself was well laid out and had a good assortment of products; it was not cluttered, as most furnitire/home accessory stores are.

Sales associates were very helpful and informative. They were very knowledable about their products, and provided helpful tips, suggestions, and gave feedback on their personal experience with certain blinds. Once we explained what we were looking for and the price range we were hoping, our sales associate provided us with a vairety of products available to suit our needs. Very helpful and reasonably priced for the excellent customer service that is available.
