Ben was fabulous to work with over the past 2 years- his attention to detail, patience and ability to understand our needs was incredible. Ben was always well prepared and always two steps ahead of us. He represented us extremely well with the City and always had our best interests at heart. Ben was very responsive and easy to work with. We will have our dream home due to Bens excellent designs. Overall Ben is highly recommended.

Thanks Alyssa for your kind words. We went through a lengthily process with committee and so. It was passed and we managed to get the permit before the Spring start which gives you and your contractor plenty of extra time to properly schedule the work.
