Ameer worked meticulously and was careful in his placement. He measured and remeasured. We were satisfied with his workmanship in installing shutters throughout our whole house. He even replaced two of the shutters to accomodate a change in the placement of the bar. He is an extremely hard working individual and is also quite personable. We would recommend him to family and friends.
Crown Moulding and Wainscotting
Richard (Rick) was an excellent person to deal with. We actually obtained a cheaper quote from another company but decided to go with Rick because he provided us with a detailed description of what was going to be done in our home. He was extremely punctual (was sitting in our driveway way before 7 a.m. each morning). Rick and his partner Kamal worked as a great team. They worked neatly and meticulously and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. Their crown moulding was seamless. We have recommended them to friends and would definitely have them work on future projects in our home.

Replaced builder installed natural oak to Mocha coloured maple
NewRidge was the first to respond to our email estimate request (Sat.Nov.2). Sebastian came Fri.Nov.8 to go over our selection. After we met with Sebastian we decided not to interview other contractors because he was very personable and understood what we wanted. Sebastian deliveried all the wood in by himself on Nov.12. On Nov.13 at 7:00 a.m. Sebastian, Paul, and Vinny arrived to start removing the previous oak floor. They knew we wanted to keep the wood so they worked carefully and quickly to remove it. Paul did an amazing job to make the new maple wood transition to the marble threshold without a premade reducer. They even replaced the damaged quarter rounds. These guys worked very hard and completed the job by mid-afternoon without a lunch break. We were happy with the look of our newly installed floor which matched our kitchen cabinets perfectly. Scott was very quick to respond to any questions by email. Sebastian is also to be commended on his follow-up service. He checked the floors and explained why we heard some sounds. They were right about our floors just settling and needing a humidifier in the home. We noticed that the sounds disappeared after having walked over those areas a few times. I love my beautiful floor and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service. We appreciated the prompt follow-up.
Thank you Dawn for the review. I'll definitely pass the message on to Sebastian and the guys. I'll also let him know about the creaking in some spots. Once I speak with him I'll let you know some possible solutions.
UPDATE: Sebastian saw the floor the same day and he diagnosed the issue as the floor settling after he walked over the questionable areas and it stopped. It usually does that after about a week.
