TLG was great to deal with. From quotation through to completion, it was an enjoyable and stress free experience (unlike many contractors I have dealt with over the years!). Lee started when he said he would, his design was practical and the finished article looks fantastic. The crew were very pleasant and the site was always left tidy. Not once was there any issue with the scope of the work - I.e. Not once did TLG ask for more money for anything at all. They basically gave us a great design, turned up when they said they would, were very easy to work with and delivered a very attractive robust end product. I couldn't be happier that we chose TLG and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have a GE Profile side by side fridge freezer. The fridge is icing up at the coils behind the fresh food draw. Elite sent a tech who spent much of the time on his phone getting instructions from his colleagues. He eventually diagnosed a faulty Thermistor. He returned to instal a new one. It didn't work. Made no difference at all to the issue at hand. A different service guy then came and diagnosed the main control board needed to be replaced at a cost of just shy of 500 bucks. I called Elite to understand if they Would stand behind their diagnosis and repair this time - I explained I wasn't keen to pay twice for the same issue and still have no resolution. They don't. If they don't fix the issue there is no refund. Essentially you get a 'free' visit from another service person who re-diagnoses the issue and then charges you yet again to come back and attempt to fix it! Given Elite's stance on this I bought a main control board and changed it myself (saving 220 bucks in the process and taking me less than 10 minutes being easier to do than taking on Lego with the kids). It didn't solve the issue either, but at least I saved 220 bucks.

Very knowledgeable and professional service from Thava. Very happy with Reliance. Just wish they would maintain my hot water boiler as well (seems odd they won't as they 'also rent them out'? Regretfully I'll have to get another company to do it)!

We hired Vlad for baseboard, window and door trim, door hanging, shelving, stairs renovation and various other bits and pieces. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vlad. He clearly cared about the quality of his work and was a pleasure to deal with. He always came when he said he would, was knowledgeable, tidy and reasonably priced (we secured 3 quotes). I highly recommend Vlad.

The doors were delivered on time as promised – so why a 5 out 10? When I placed an order for two doors, I was very clear they must be delivered on the date agreed. I called on the planned delivery date to ask what time they would be delivered and was told they weren't ready and would be delivered the following week. When I asked why nobody had called me to advise Royal insisted it was my responsibility to call them to check the doors were to be delivered as promised! Aside from the project scheduling challenges this would provide, I found the company's response amazing. They took zero ownership, instead telling me they do their best but run into problems sometimes and this should be expected (I was advised, among other things that we had a long weekend last weekend – to which I enquired had Easter Surprised them?, that they don’t run a sweatshop and can only work their people so hard, sometimes people are sick and don’t turn up for work…. Frankly it was a bizarre conversation. When I asked to speak to that person’s manager, I was advised I was in fact speaking to the owner). They finally gave me two options - come out to Concord to pick them up myself (they were to be ready a day later than their weekly scheduled delivery provides for) or wait a week!! Twenty minutes later I had a missed call from them and when I called back and advised I know I have two options – pick up tomorrow or wait a week – I was promptly advised I hadn’t been told that, that the doors had just come off the line and would be delivered as promised. My odd conversation related above started at about 10.45am and the doors were delivered at 12:30pm that day. I find it all rather puzzling.

I hired Integrity to frame my basement, and am very glad I did. The end to end experience was very good. On the few occasions Daniel had not fully understood what I was asking for, there was never an issue nor a suggestion that it was a change to the agreed scope. Many times Daniel provided great advice and saved me from some wrong decisions that I would have regretted. While I knew the layout I wanted, I have no experience in this line of work. Daniel would always consider what was being asked and advise me if there was a better way to go about it - or if what I was asking for was just not a sensible way to go. In retrospect, this was exactly the service I needed. Price was competitive, timeliness and punctuality as promised, and quality excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
