Very professional team, led by Ben who was fantastic. They arrived on time, worked hard all day, cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I was very impressed!

We agreed to Weedman's services for the summer. We said we did not want to continue past then. They came in the early Fall and fertilized my neighbour's lawn instead. Now they won't take the charge off my bill! And Brian, employee #10 is horrible customer service rep. I will take you to court and the media before I pay.

I am sorry that you feel that Brian did not provide you with the proper service when you last spoke and I have discussed this concern with him. After looking into your account it shows a signed contract for 2 fertilizers and 2 weed controls, also it states that you would receive a free mid summer inspection and unlimited reapplications if required. All services were completed on your property and the invoices were left at your home. We were not informed that you wished to stop your services until September 26th and at that time all of your scheduled services had already been completed, the last one on September 3rd. We were advised only at that time of your disappointment with our services that had only started 2 months prior and offered to have a manager look at the lawns overall condition and advise and that offer was declined. On October 2nd we received another call suggesting the last fertilizer had been completed at the wrong house. It was too late to 100% verify if this had actually occurred so we offered a reapplication of the fertilizer to ensure our customer had received the services they had ordered, this offer was declined. On November 21st Brian offered to remove the charge for the fertilizer as this was the service in question and to close out the account at $58.46, for the late season weed control that was completed on August 28th. I have adjusted the account to reflect this new balance and I have also sent out a revised statement of your account. If you have any questions you can contact me.
