The Foremen and workers were punctual and courteous in their work. All work was tidied up at the end of the day. The projects were on time and on budget with estimates given in a timely fashion. The foreman was willing to do a couple of small improvements as a courtesy. Pictures were frequently taken to show and explain what was being done on the roof. All in all one could not expect a better outcome on the project.

I phoned three Toronto lock companies for help with a minor but important issue with a deadbolt to an outside door. Able was the first to respond with a courteous and positive outcome. Peter, the locksmith, was on time and was able to save me about $50 with some wise advise and he was able to completed the job in the most professional but friendly manner.

Shanks was called for a leaky, very old bathroom tap on a Sunday. It turned out that it was very hard to take out but the worker did - but could not budge the cold water (which was not leaking anyway). The worker commented about what "looked like" some dripping on the intake pipe from the outside - he initially claimed he could not touch the city=installed meter. It turned out he could and the water was simply condensation on a very humid day. All in all the worker traveled from Oshawa on a Sunday afternoon, so one way was one hour! The tap was repaired and the meter was adjusted in some way, the price was huge (550.00) but that's what you pay for weekend emergencies. Nice chap.

Perfect fit provided an excellent service finding solutions to my computer problems after a hacking incident. Chris was conscientious, diligent and persistent in solving problems that kept creeping into my system. Home visits and phone consultations continued until work was completed.

Darren was very prompt and courteous in replying to my inquiries. He came in a timely fashion and was very helpful in making decisions about the project and in completion.
