I would highly recommend Victor and his crew. They are skilled, knowledgeable, well priced and very transparent on the work they perform. We had just moved into a new place in Rosedale and started to experience a leak in the roof. Also, realized that our eaves were in bad shape. We called a few roofers - Victor was the only one who provided a thorough inspection (took the time to get on the 3 storey roof, took pictures and explained the issue(s)). On the eaves, he suggested a solution that maintained the look of a 100 year plus rosedale house without going overboard (as others were trying to do). The crew's execution was flawless - guys came on time, took pictures of the work they did so I could see from my office computer how things progressed and cleaned up after them. Best of all, Victor remained accessible after the job for questions/concerns.
