Joe helped us inspect our newly purchased house yesterday. He did the job very seriously and carefully. He checked entire house with an thermographic camera for any possible hidden leakage. He checked over and explained all the function and operation of major Mech. and Elec. components in the house. He finally went through whole bunch of report with me and gave the suggestion for each potential problems or concern.
