Unfortunately my experience with Al wasn't as good. While the furniture from the companies he represents was good, Al made a mistake in my order. Despite his "personal guarantee" and repeated attempts to come to a satisfactory solution, Al has not followed through with correcting the problem. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from Pacific Living Furniture is to get everything in writing up front.

My apologies for your experience. I can assure you the manufacturer did make the mistake via your description and they are not willing to absorb the costs and I will. I did offer solutions and mailed you a catalogue which was returned. My offer still stands .I would like to resolve this. Drop the drawer boxes at your convenience I will absorb the cost of building new drawer faces and replace the handles .
