We contracted with Brock to have 6 windows replaced on our second story. This is the third time we have used Brock (sales and installation very courteous and professional). We have had main floor windows and 2 entry doors replaced as well. As was the case with the first two installations, the installation was well done and the quality of the product was excellent. Would use Brock again for any future work.

Have used Bryant and team on three different occasions now. Each time they were very responsive. The work performed was of excellent quality. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I found the staff at Brock to be very professional and courteous (sales, installation and service). The Installers (particularly Mark) were great and did a thorough and very professional job. I reported a defect in one window a day after installation and it was replaced by a newly manufactured one within about three weeks by the manufacturer, North Star Windows and Doors, no questions asked. Those folks did a great job as well. All in all, an excellent installation by Brock and the only reason the rating I give is 8 out of 10 is because the quality control on the window manufacture and delivery could have been better.
