Our puppy chewed through our dryer cord (thankfully it was unplugged!!). We called Glen who was professional, prompt and thorough. Since our dryer was an older model, he gave us different options and based on our decision, ordered the part for us. The installation was quick and Glen was very polite. Would recommend him to any friend or colleague.
