The job was to do an emergency patch to stop our leaking roof. We were expecting it to be fixed (we were told it should be okay until we get the roof redone.) We were away for a week and came back to water still coming in the kitchen window area. We have paid out $450.00 and still have a problem. We have since hired another company to re-shingle the whole roof.

I purchased my Goodman furnace and air-conditioner in April 2013 from Reliable. They came with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. I hadn't had any problems until last night when the air-conditioner stopped cooling. Fortunately for us the outside temperature was cooling off nicely so we opened windows and put on the fans no big deal ! Unfortunately there is a family of skunks living next door and they chose last night to be a nuisance ! I called Darryl at Reliable this morning, he was here by 2.00pm replaced an electrical block in the outside unit and we had air by 2.20pm ! Darryl fixed the problem and all it cost me was a handshake ! Thanks Darryl, thanks Reliable for your outstanding service and great warranty ! Now if only you could get rid of the skunks !!

I called originally to have leaking toilet repaired (covered by Direct Energy and was so impressed with "Ryan" I had him back the same day to replace cartridges and renew my shower and kitchen faucets. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough ! I'm sure I could have done the repairs myself, but not as well or as quickly. Good guy, good company to deal with ! Thanks Ryan

AC Electrical renewed my faith in contractors ! Nick was here same day to quote the job, his price was fair, and he impressed me with his honesty, and candor. The job entailed replacing the existing fuse panel with a new panel of circuit breakers, updating all connections ( sockets and switches ), including disconnecting each connection where aluminum wiring was present, applying anti-oxidant compound , pig-tailing copper wire to the aluminum with new connectors, and re- installing with new switches and plugs. They also added a new circuit ( one receptacle ) in my furnace room, where none had existed, and replaced two 2 Ft. fluorescent fixtures in my basement with two new 4 Ft. fixtures . When Nick first came to quote the job, we walked through the house counting switches and plugs, and from that he generated a price. When his electricians were doing the work it was discovered that part of the house had previously been renovated using copper wire , so no updating was required , the electrician (Jim ) brought it to my attention ( he could have said nothing ) . Nick adjusted his invoice accordingly bringing down his original quote from $3900.00 (tax in) to $3200.00 saving me $700.00. The electricians Jim and Dillon were extremely professional , and courteous, never objecting to my asking questions, and watching over their shoulders. They cleaned up and took with them all the old switches and plugs for recycling. They arrived a little early, and left a little late, in order to complete the job in one day instead of the day and a half that was expected! I was a Purchasing Agent for forty years, I am good at assessing people, and these people are great ! Nick, Melissa, Jim, and Dillon thanks for doing such a great job !
