Purchasing a new home and we called up Joe from Lighthouse Inspections to do the inspection. Joe was great. He was very professional and provided useful recommendations for issues we found around the house. This is the first time we purchased a home and Joe was happy to explain about all the knobs, switches, machinery, etc. Super helpful for a newbie like me. Excellent experience overall in our books!
