We required re-shingling roof of our 2 story home in North Toronto. I felt that 123 Roofing provided the best quote, and completed the job within the price, quality and time frame specified. What else can a consumer ask for more!? Great job, and definitely would hire company again.

RUBY did an excellent job, painting the exterior 2nd floor of 101 year old house. I ranked the service 5/5 as it met all project parameters; price, quality and time. 1. Great communication! 2. Straight forward answers- no ambiguity 3. Price - competitive 4. Quick response via phone, email or text 5. Preparation: great deal of attention paid to prepping the 100+ year wooden surfaces 6. Special requests- ensured special requests were addressed ( mitigation of wood deterioration) 7. Painting- all accurate and clean 8. Worksite- neatly maintained to ensure also neighbors property was clean 9. Final inspection by owners, initiating final touch ups and power washing site 10. Easy payment This company listens, and does what is agreed to the standard specified by client. Consumer cannot ask for more; definitely give RUBY your job !! / please before and after pictures

On a recent Saturday evening my water heater broke down; water all over the place and no hot water in taps. I called numerous services and the only one to promptly respond was Hoerner. Dylan Egan, a representative of the company arrived, with a refreshingly professional, efficient and understanding manner. We were extremely pleasantly surprised. This quick response and high level of empathy was beyond our expectations. We definitely would use Hoerner again and ask for the same technician. D. Berndorff, Toronto
