I contacted Jacob after looking into the reviews in this website. He was excellent with returning phone calls and setting up the cleaning service in a very short time. We wanted him to do the job before the Holidays and he was very accommodating! He arrived with 2 cleaning ladies on time. He was respectful, honest, clear and very efficient. The cleaning ladies worked the entire time in a regular pace. They were very nice and very diligent. It took a little longer than the quoted time and Jacob was very considerate of that. He came back and check everything, asked us if "we" were happy with the work. What I liked about his work: 1. Very polite, very patient with his staff and very customer service oriented 2. No attitude, no hidden free, no fuss. Everything was clear. 3. The cleaning ladies asked us and confirmed with us before going over the time. Also, gave us a proper reason why it was taking longer 4. Jacob was very nice to the ladies and asked them if they were OK and were hungry. I know it shouldn't matter to me, but it shows that he cares about his staff and not only the $$ 5. Jacob found spots that were missed (we didn't see them) and asked the ladies to clean. Shows that he truly cares about the work and not just the $$ 6. Cleaning ladies didn't seem to worry about making the "hours" and tried to clean everything as per the quote on time. I saw the effort they put. I recommend them to everyone! :)
