Barry came out and gave us quote for 4 basement window installs in November. The windows were installed yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. The installers were friendly and professional and cleaned up the area removing all traces of garbage. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to make a winter window install a great experience. Thank you Dan's!
I finally got tired for waiting for the bathtub to drain and called Kastl & Zuch. They were just as friendly in person as they were on the phone. He asked if I had cleaned the trap and when I said no, he said that was probably all it was and wouldn't even bother snaking it. He showed me how to do it since it was a new tub and drain and didn't work like the old one. Best plumbers ever!
We heard a clicking noise from our fridge and looked up who to call on Home Stars. Glen received great ratings from everyone, so we felt he was a great choice...and everything the reviews said was right on. He was courteous and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He also noticed our dishwasher and said he thought it might be on recall which it was and he took also took care of it while he was here. I couldn't have asked for better service (even above what I called for) and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone; you won't be sorry!

Everyone we dealt with from booking the appointment, the estimate and the actual workers was such a positive experience.
