Rob quickly arranged an appointment and showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the house. Clearly assessed the mice problem, set traps for catching the mice and suggested solutions for eliminating the mice problem. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. I definitely recommend him!

David thoroughly inspected the house that we intended to buy and explained all the cons and pros of the place which greatly helped us make up our mind about the purchase. He is very friendly and I strongly recommend him for pre-purchase property inspection.
