She was able to identify my needs and give me a very fair price for my selection. My shades were delivered on the promised date of delivery. The installers were very polite, fast and efficient. She was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. At first, I could not decide whether to choose granite or quartz for my counter. Patricia was very patient and well informed showing me many different options and what they would look like once installed. She did not pressure me to make a decision and met with me on several occasions to ensure that I was satisfied with my selection. Patricia also has a great eye for design. Not only did she help me choose my counter but she was also able to give me tips on colour scheming for my kitchen and bathroom to enhance the look of both rooms.
