We were introduced to Youssef (Joseph) through another HomeStar company. At first we were considering cast iron railings but after speaking with Joe (very knowledgeable) we decided to go with aluminum. I want to start by saying that you will never find a more honest and caring man. He treated our home as if it were his very own. The only disadvantage that hampered the work was the crazy amount of rain days we had this year. There were a few hiccups with some of the sub-contractors, but Connie and her team were a constant source of stability and consistency throughout the process. They ensured that every concern/issue was rectified promptly. The final product by Patterned Concrete Ontario Inc. is beyond beautiful, both in quality and aesthetics. I knew from the very start that we were in the very best of hands with Ontario Pattern Concrete. Highly recommend if you are contemplating a concrete project.
