Shondell and Stephan did an excellent job cleaning our gutters. Shondell did three houses in a row. Mine and my neighbour's on either side including garages. Shondell was quick to respnd to my inquirey with a quote and was availble within a week to do the job. He texted me on his way to give me a heads up which I appreciate. He showed us photos of before and after and gave advice on fixing one of the downspouts which he'll come back to do in the spring at our next cleaning. We are all very happy with his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Domenic and his crew did a great job transforming our yard. They removed an old deteriorated concrete slab, pathway, and concrete steps. Then dug out the entire yard in preparation for a new concrete slab on the side of house, large pavers for new patio, and sod for a section of lawn at the back. The transformation was swift. The whole job took about 5-6 days over all - not taking into account a few gaps in between due to weather and waiting for material to arrive. Domenic's made every effort to make sure we were happy with the final outcome. I appreciate his hard work and gracious attitude. He comes with a high set of skills and experience. Also, his crew are super friendly and hardworking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BnZ and would hire them again when we're ready to transform the front yard. Thank you Domenic and crew!

We have a 10 year old Blomberg washing machine. The drum stopped spinning. We found Yevhen on Homestars and called several other companies. Finally we decided on him because of all the great reviews. Yevhen came to our home and assessed the issue. The problem was with the motor. We had to replace it or he could get a repair kit which would be the less expensive option. We waiting for over a week for him to come back as no one in the city had the kit. But he managed to find it and order it in. We were fine to wait. Once he received it he came right away and repaired the motor. Our machine is working great now after doing several loads. Yevhen is professional, honest, clean, respectful of your space, and overall a likeable person. After he completed the repair I asked him if he would mind looking at my dishwasher which was installed 10 months ago (crookedly). He happily obliged and had all the special tools handy to straighten it out and make it level with the cupboard doors. It took him about 5 minutes. I offered to pay him extra for it but he graciously said it was fine and no need. But I insisted. I was so happy with everything he did. The next time ANY of our appliances has issues I won’t hesitate to call Yevhen right away. And if I need a new appliance installed I won’t let anyone install it except Yevhen. Anything related to appliances he is your guy!

Jarratt serviced my home and 2 of my neighbours's homes (as well as our separate garages) at the same time. Jarrrat is highly knowledgeable about home maintenance and was able to educate us on on further issues in the foreseeable future which was very helpful. We hadn't had a cleaning for 2 years so there was a lot of leaf and mud slush. He cleaned everything out so our eavestroughs will function as intended. We were in very professional hands and now realize we have to continue the maintenance on a regular basis. If you happen to be negligent as we were be for-warned that it may be a bit messy but with regular maintenance going forward under Prime Home Solutions services and guidance you will have your gutters flowing all that water properly. Also I might add that Jarratt is really easy to talk to, highly knowledgeable and all around top notch, especially when is comes to customer service. We will have them back again in the spring for further work and window cleaning.

I can't believe no one has written a review for Thistle Painting and Decorating yet! I'm assuming all their customers want to keep Derek all to themselves. I'm a designer and I've hired Derek for several projects to install wallpaper for my clients. He has very reasonable prices and there are never any surprises. Derek is very pleasant to work with clean, reliable, and honest. At first I was nervous at the expense of ruining very expensive wallpaper due to any installation mishaps.
