The installers who came to do the work were excellent; very respectful and considerate and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

We had this company put in a stair runner and bedroom carpet. Rizwan is courteous, professional, quick to respond and overall seems like a really good and trustworthy person. He was excellent in guiding us on what would look best for our home. It was a true pleasure to deal with him. The carpet installer worked very hard and he did an excellent job. The carpet is super comfortable to walk on and looks fabulous. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Igor, the technician, came to my home to repair my fridge. Within 5 seconds he quickly determined that the problem was with the starter and that it needed to be replaced. He charged me $167 for a starter that I later found out cost $25 on Amazon. He installed the new starter and told me to wait 6 or 7 hours and the fridge would get cold. This never happened. After several calls to the company, I finally got Igor back to explain why the fridge was not working. He said that now the problem was with the compressor which makes absolutely no sense since the fridge was just sitting unplugged for less than a week. This company promises to return your call but never does. To date, I am still waiting for a phone call from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM IGOR.

I was initially overwhelmed with the process of replacing my very old sheers covering my large dining and living room windows. Valerie made the process super easy and smooth. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her casual yet very professional approach. The installer Dwayne is also wonderful and very kind. I absolutely love my new blinds and would recommend Coverme without hesitation.

Matt from Express Rooter came to our home to repair a water leakage problem we experienced after the ice storm. Once the problem was identified, he explained the issue to us fully and clearly.
