We required a new lock on our sliding back door. Paul from Pre-Lock sent over a technician with a great new lock. It was installed quickly and perfectly. We could not possibly have been happier with the service provided and the work performed. I would recommend Pre-Lock for any and all security services required. I have been using Pre-Lock for years and I have never been disappointed in the work provided.

The smoke detector on our alarm system started beeping in the middle of the night. I contacted Pre-Lock and they had a service technician tell me how to stop the beeping so we could get back to sleep. First thing in the morning, there was a service man at our house to fix the problem by replacing our smoke alarm. I could not ask for better service.
