This company recently changed its name from Paradise Bay Hot Tubs & Billards. Under Paradise Bay Hot Tubs & Billards, they had at least 10 complaints with the BBB. They were eventually booted because they refused to deal with my complaint. They sold me a product that I was highly allergic to. I advised Larry (the salesman) of my allergy and he chose to ignore my concerns. I've attached the photos of what this did to my skin, and, almost three years later, I still suffer with scars and breakouts. (all for a sale).
