The quality is amazing. Time to get the job done exceeds projected timing sometimes by several weeks. If you have lots of time then go for it.

Thanks for the great review Darlene! It's true, certain orders take longer than projected due to unexpected findings once the furniture is stripped. But we aim to communicate quickly when this occurs so that our customers aren't waiting longer than they have to. Glad to hear you are impressed with our quality. Excellent workmanship. Took more time than projected. 16 weeks rather than 12 but very satisfied. Wanted to get the 2 chairs and ottoman done but the cost was prohibitive. Salesman would/could not drop price. Caution, if you want other pieces done it is best to have them done all at once to get the best price.

The cleaner was very good and asked me if I was satisfied after each room was cleaned since I was a new customer. I would recommend this cleaner, however, I cannot attest to the work of their other staff/cleaners. The cleaner was on time and the price was excellent since it was Groupon discount.
