On February 18th, our furnace stopped working. After calling a few different companies, I realised that on a Friday night we were going to have a difficult time getting someone out to look at it. Costas took my call personally, asked a few questions, said he would be there after 10pm, and arrived when he said he would. He ended up cleaning the flame sensor and did it no time at all.
