What a life saver! It turns out that the house I bought did not have a legal City of Toronto parking spot. To make matters even worse, we had a medium sized tree (and associated tree protection zone) that made it almost impossible to carve out a compliant parking spot. Peter and his team were able to guide us through the process of getting the right paperwork in front of the right city departments (Urban Forestry, Parking Enforcement, and more), and came up with a beautiful landscaping plan that respected the TPZ and satisfied all of the city's other requirements as well. Would highly recommend as a landscaper in general, and can't imagine anyone better if you're trying to work within City of Toronto restrictions to get parking approved (in the wards where it is legal).

Just all around awesome. Instant communication through email, which is always appreciated. I have an admittedly complicated tankless domestic/radiant heat setup which I'm still working towards understanding myself. The team arrived exactly on time (i was late actually) and provided a thorough service. They not only cleaned the interior of the boiler (provided before and after pics) but also walked through firmware settings to ensure everything was performing optimally. Claire was amazing at explaining features of my own boiler to me, and walking through options about heating water for my high flow tub. We were looking to install a Grohe under counter carbonation/faucet combo in our new house, and were absolutely unable to find someone willing to take the project on. After contacting the manufacturer directly, they recommended Peter at Innovative Plumbing. Peter didn't hesitate in agreeing to the project, and made time in a busy schedule for a long installation. The resulting installation of both the faucet and the complicated unit is absolutely flawless and professionally done. We could not be happier with the result! I contacted maybe 7 so called 'nest certified' installers trying to find someone who could install a Nest compatible humidifier. Most installers where clueless, and one flat out told me it couldn't be done. Mckinnon knew immediately what was required. As I'm in a townhouse with space restrictions, Michael had me text me over some photos so he could get an idea of the furnace space, and right away was able to recommend a compatible brand with a quote over the phone. Their installer Hamid was very professional, and arrived right on time. This was a pretty involved job as water had to be run from another floor, electrical needed some work, and the Nest had to be connected, not to mention the humidifier itself in a tight spot. Hamid had zero problems - was knowledgeable, friendly, and did excellent work. Humidifier was connected flawlessly, and Hamid even took extra time to connect a common wire to my thermostat. I could not be happier with the service, and the product is working incredibly well. It was refreshing to work with a company keeping up with changing technology

This is the second time I've had Glen back to help around the house, and it's been an awesome experience both times. His costs are up front and fair, he's punctual, and above all has excellent attention to detail. Previously he helped remove old closets, and paint/fill for new installs. Great job, done on time. This time around I had him come by to caulk the interior of my house for drafts. Glen did a meticulous job - I can barely see it around the windows. Along the baseboards he did a very clean and minimal job, and it's made a huge difference in keeping our house warm. He's incredibly personable and friendly, and is an excellent handyman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

These guys are awesome. Can't say enough good things. Completely dedicated to their job. I had very expensive Italian textured tile laid down by my contractor, and at the end of the day the grout was horrific. It was discoloured, and every time it got stained - it wouldn't come out. Having a new toddler and enjoying red wine, dream kitchen turned nightmare. I thought my only option was an regrout, but these guys showed up and were so committed to getting my problem solved. They tried a steam clean - tiles looked great, but grout still terrible. They told me not to worry. They came back, and painstakingly sealed every inch of grout by hand, with a matching colour (out of hundreds they have). Seriously done on the cheap, and now the floors look great, and I don't have to worry about spilling juice in the kitchen, or splashing some wine. It just wipes off. I was so impressed, I had them come back to clean my stair runner, and even clear my ducts after the big reno. Love these guys - they are honest, and they go the extra mile. I don't hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends and family. As a closing comment, they are on time and always honour their quotes (even if the work goes longer). But most importantly to me, they respond very quickly to emails - I don't have to call in to a number and wait to get in touch - they're available in minutes. Love these guys!

This is the second time I've used FCI Mississauga for a major flooring renovation. Jason from FCI is incredibly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. A few times he even talked me out of a more expensive option for something that was much more cost effective. We've had them replace floors with both solid and engineered hardwood, carpeted one floor, completely refinish existing stairs, and do a gorgeous install of a runner. They also refaced my fireplace wall with a very time-intensive and complicated facing, as well as provided a fantastic granite hearth. In addition, they were able to recommend and coordinate with skilled contractors to finish a large amount stair railings/spindles/posts as well glasswork. In fact, Jason's input on pretty much every aspect of our renovation was invaluable. Claudio did the actual install, and is very skilled and professional. Everything was done on time and on budget. In terms of price comparison, they came in competitive, if not lower, than all other quotes I took. After the job was finished, they returned several times to make the smallest changes to meet my rather exacting standards. Quality of the work is perfect. I'm definitely going to use FCI again in the future, and am always recommending them to family and friends. A pleasure to work with, and we enjoy the results every day!
