This company/contractor are brutal. Save yourself some time and money and hire an experienced builder. There's alot of folks like this guy running around claiming they know what they're doing. After 2+ years, I'm still dealing with deficiencies! Consider yourselves warned. On top of that, they skim a healthy percentage off all trades to line their own pockets. Folks, do your due diligence before cautiously proceeding. Good luck!
