I had a number of plumbing items that needed doing (new faucet, snaking a bathtub drain, replacing a shut off, taping a showerhead). Andrei Dima is very responsive, keeps you informed when he's arriving. Is upfront at the cost. He explains what he thinks is wrong and how he will repair it. He's professional and courteous. I would use him again.

I just had the company come for duct cleaning service. The first thing I loved was the incredible fast response when I contacted the company. Plus an immediate formal written quote once i agree to hire them.The two staff who showed up were so professional and fast and courteous. The manager was so quiet and courteous and patient especially with this new frazzled mom who was juggling two little ones and misplaced her wallet for 10 minutes. I also asked how often i should be performing this service and he could have have confirmed what I thought was right answer (and made them more money in the future) but he gave an answer I appreciated and tied it to my circumstances. I will definitely use this company in the future and I took note of their other services to use also. Thank you very much.

After some early initial hiccups with booking the service, for which the team apologized and made up for including a call from the franchise owner. I must say that the reviews on this site were absolutely correct about Wow. Their team of Kal, Theo, Issac, Rueben and Robert were so professional and courteous and tidy. I was working from home and was concerned there would be a lot of noise but it shouldn't have been a concern at all. They were prompt and on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. They Immediately did the few touch ups I asked for and did a great job patching the bathroom ceiling. I would hire the same group again anytime. The are on my list as my painters for my next painting job.

Max answered our call right away to perform an annual maintenance on our older airconditioner, when we couldn't get anyone else to call us back. He was even willing to come out the next day. In fact he even offered the next day to come out early. He was quick with his work and gave us some additional useful tips. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. And I will definitely use him again for maintenance or repairs. He earned himself a regular customer. I agree with the other positive reviews on this site!

Our 18 year old furnace was about to kick the bucket. I spent time looking around and called a few dealers. Fred from Cozy World was very prompt and came out the next day. He wasn't pushy and spent time explaining everything about him and his company before discussing their products. The installation team was early; they were courteous and efficient and when they left, it was as if they were never here. except they left us with a quiet much better furnace. Thank you, I have no regrets working this this company. I get why they high marks.

Glen was very prompt in getting back to me and was available the very next week. He even offerred to provide advice if we had questions as we were standing in Home Depot picking up items we needed which he was kind enough to do by phone on the weekend. He tackled each job small or large (caulking, regrouting, replacing a faucet, hanging a large mirror, patching drywall, fixing a celing fan and bifolding door) and gave advice when asked. I will happily call him again. He was very professional and punctual and stayed until it was done.
