After the various storms and ice storm, we noticed a leak stemming from our skylight. Rick was timely and professional in returning my phone calls and arranging a time to meet after the deep freeze. He was able to provide a quote and do the work at the initial consultation - he gave practical recommendations and took pictures from the roof of the issues and repair work. We'll definitely use him again.
