Mike and his team at Viva construction did a fantastic job renovating my ensuite bathroom and it was not an easy reno! The bathroom is on the third floor and there is NO elevator! The guys were very prompt, polite and communicated very well during the process so that there were NO surprises! Their workmanship is outstanding and they have great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for any home project.

Thanks for the review! The project did turn out beautiful.
There was a lot of stairs! In fact, I can honestly tell you that when we were done with that project we were all in great shape!! This project was tough because of access but it was a real pleasure to create a new space for this family.
Gayle's design input also made for a gorgeous finished product. It was a pleasure to do the work.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. They were fair, fast and did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any size job. Price was more than fair and our yard was cleaned up well. Great Job good luck in the future.
