Online booking portal was easy to use and nice to have as it's the holiday season. Steve arrived promptly. He had read the service notes, asked a couple of questions, and within 30 seconds had diagnosed the problem. Luckily it was a fairly easy fix. He educated my husband and I on how to avoid a similar problem as well as showing us how to fix it ourselves should it occur again. And the icing on the cake....asked if there was anything else we'd like him to look at since he was here and had time. Throughout the call he was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. This was our second project with IWE. After a very successful bathroom reno with them 2 years ago, we asked them to gut the main floor of our 4-level split. They took out all the walls to give us an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, built an addition on the front for a foyer with built-in cupboards and benches, and built a deck off the dining room. They also replaced the windows throughout and resided the entire house. We lived in the house for this 5-month project and we don't regret it. From our first meeting with Can, designing with Darrin and Jenya, and working with our project manager Wayne, it was a real pleasure. Everyone was so committed to understanding our needs and wants and using their expertise to make them a reality. The workers were respectful on site, and so clean which is especially important when you are living with the renovation! And the millwork is unbelievably beautiful! We wouldn't hesitate to hire IWE again.
