We've used Allcare many times and always excellent results. Clean and fresh, stains are gone. Care and attention to moving furniture and placing it on foam blocks while the carpet is left to dry.
After a pushy door-to-door salesman, we had buyers remorse and tried to cancel before the first service. They refused, and because we had already paid there was little recourse we could take. After taking the first year of "pre-paid" service, beware that it auto-renews (automatically charging your credit card) so know that you HAVE to cancel in the winter ahead of the first service of the next season. So while we were able to successfully cancel the auto-renew service (after reading reviews, I phoned multiple times to confirm it was cancelled and received a cancellation confirmation #), they have repeatedly called soliciting our business despite my request each time they call asking them to stop calling. This company is brutal to deal with, and uses every tactic possible to gain your business. I must point out, that while in Alberta there are laws to protect your from door-to-door sales, there are hoops to jump through to act upon that protection and in the end it wasn't worth my time to go down this path to try and get out of our initial purchase.

Yes, we are a auto renewal company, which means your program would renew, but even if you had paid previously with a credit card, that information never stays on file, so there is no way for us the automatically charge your card for the following season.
