Imagine winter, -19C outside, furnace is on all the time. Suddenly there is that strange high pitch noise coming from the furnace. No good. I was fortunate to have a friend with a recomendation of someone, who happens to be a real magician. Rafal, the technician was able to assess and find imedietely the source of the trouble. Rafal was exceptionaly good at explaining in details. He fixed the furnace and gave us confidence. I would recomend Rafal to any good friend of mine as I belive that I was able to meet a very professional and pleasant technician at the same time.
