The team was fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. They worked exceptionally hard, stopped a bit for the rain but got right back at it. They really took a lot of pride in their work and tried to hide the system as much as they could by tucking it under our deck. They took their time explaining the features that we had and even how we could improve the system in the future if we wanted.
We completely gutted our home and added a third floor addition.
Working with Scott was really easy, he's a real professional. He provided us with the most detailed quote of the scope of work and the only variations from that quote were things that we added to the project. Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Not only would we recommend him we will definitely work with him again on our next renovation! I would highly recommend that you get a detailed/itemized quote from each contractor you're considering (once you have drawings from your architect/structural engineer). We found that Scott's was the most detailed by far. He also told us that he works under a fixed price model (meaning if the cost of supplies change he wouldn't increase the cost to you) which is rare for builders. There weren't any surprises, it was a really positive experience from start to finish!
