I contacted the company after doing some research. The couch I had been worn out my family wear and tear. I found Gary to be very prompt at returning all of my e mails and they took the couch away and were very patient as it was a large piece to get out of a narrow door . In one week exactly my couch was back and completely restored. I am thrilled by their work and their attitude as it was a complete and utter pleasure to deal with Gary and Leo and I would highly recommend their work to anyone who wants their old furniture to look new, regards Caroline Gaw
