Rafal was amazing. So helpful and very knowledgable. He was very courteous and explained in detail was the issue was with our furnace. I was so happy when Rafal said he could make it out today after calling many places and no one was available. Rafal is just a great person and so nice. I would recommend him to all my family and friends if they ever had issues. I want say to say thank you again to Rafal for giving us heat.
