I am employed as the resident maintenance manager at a high rise apartment building in downtown Vancouver. I service 161 suites and I try very hard to keep all of our residents happy. Whenever I encounter a problem with the in-suite appliances I know I can turn to the crew at Handy Appliances Ltd. I trust them explicitly. Anastasia, Jasneet, and Nenita are always accommodating and quick to book service calls. We usually see Roger for repairs these days. He shows up on time in a presentable fashion. He is always efficient and courteous. He repairs all that he can and he gives us great advice with our best interests in mind. I do highly recommend this company.

Rocky, you’ve got a good crew and I’ve enjoyed watching it change and grow over the course of a long, sound, working relationship. These days I usually see Roger and Gary for service calls, Martin does installations, and Lawrence handles my purchases in the sales department. Lawrence recently helped me to find a new washer/dryer perfectly suited for one of my tenants and he was able to do so at a competitive price. It arrived right on time, just when he said it would, and he already arranged to have Martin come by for the installation at the end of this week. Now that's Handy!
