My old furnace broke down this winter, on a very cold Friday morning. Called Optimal Air Solutions again, as Sean has done a number of repairs on my furnace over the past few years at the most inconvenient times, Saturday evening and on Christmas Day. I called Sean in the morning and he was able to come by at noon. We decided that it was time to replace the furnace. Sean was able to reschedule his afternoon and he came back at 2 with his assistant Shawn, a new furnace, air cleaner and thermostat. They both worked well into the evening completing the install at about 8pm. My new furnace looks amazing, as does that area of my basement. Everything was cleaned up and no garbage was left behind as they took the garbage with them. The house was quite cold by the time they finished, some of my plants lost a few leaves, but once they were done, the house heated up quickly and my plants recovered. I'm really glad he recommended the variable speed furnace, the top floor of the house gets a lot warmer now than it did before and I'm hoping that will also mean it will be cooler in the summer when the air conditioner comes on. New air cleaner is removing a lot of dust and the new thermostat is easy to use. I would highly recommend Optimal Air Solutions for any HVAC work!

I am extremely satisfied with my furnace service calls to Optimal Air Solutions. The technician arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Sean showed me the blockage and corrected the issue. My furnace was up and running efficiently in no time, heating my house back to a warmer temperature. This was not my first call to Optimal. I have an older furnace and my igniter failed a few months before. Sean went out to buy the part and was back in an hour and got my furnace running again. Rates are very reasonable, technical expertise and diagnostics are amazing. With my older furnace, I'm sure I'll be needing further service and will not hesitate in using Optimal Air Solutions again. Other family members have also used Optimal Air and were completely satisfied. I've also recommended Optimal Air to friends.
