We hired Metrohomes to manage the project. We approached the project well prepared with very detailed designs and funding in place. What contractually should have been a 5 month project has turned into a nightmare. It has now been 13 months and the project is still not complete. I have not seen anyone from Metrohomes since the end of December when we moved in to our unfinished home (9 month marker). What I have seen is a series of subcontractors who had not been paid and were approaching me for payment. I had already paid Metrohomes for their services who had not paid the subcontractors. I'm left with a home that was rushed, corners cut and incomplete. I can't even think of Metrohomes these days without becoming furious about my experiences with them.

Steve and company have been very helpful in helping us manage an old tree on our property. The tree is having a rough time and McDonald Forestry have helped with pruning of dead wood, extra bracing and deep root feeding. He has performed a series of maintenance activities and each time has delivered professional results for exactly what he quoted up front. I would recommend McDonald Forestry to anyone needing help with trees and shrubs. I plan to continue using McDonald Forestry for various maintenance activities.
