My husband and I have been renting out our basement for years, fully furnished. We decided that after the previous lease was up we were going to convert it into a space for our grandchildren to play. That meant getting rid of a fully furnished basement apartment. There are two flights of stairs, and the guys didn't complain once, they were friendly, and quick.
