A couple months ago the the landlord to my building hired contractors to renovate a new area for us to extend our current practice. The contract workers were to leave a roughed in section of plumbing in a predetermined section to allow for the installation of a sink. Not only did they cover over all the rough in with dry wall, they did not run the roughed in plumbing to the agreed upon area. I was definitely upset. Marcos from Northern Plumbing was extremely prompt with returning my phone call and was able to drop by my clinic the same day. He ended up fixing the poor workmanship of the previous contractors and had my new plumbing and sink operational within our agreed upon timeline. Marcos was extremely courteous and empathetic to our situation. He understood the financial impact of the other contractors mistake and was able to fix everything for a very reasonable price.
