It was time to replace our garage door, and after checking out HomeStars and a colleague mentioning Maple Overhead Garage Doors, I contacted them. From the quote to the install, they were always on time and they know their stuff. Well-priced and very professional. Economark recently completed renovating our kitchen and ensuite bathroom - both complete guts. Communication was excellent - via whatever means worked for us at the moment (phone, text, email). Plus they were fun to chat with. All of their contractors were top-notch. Finished close to the timeframe originally discussed (some scope-creep on our part) and on budget. Great windows, great service. Not the cheapest of the 4 estimates we collected, but they did verify that we would likely be able to reuse our shutters, and their reputation (various sources) was excellent. We replaced all our upstairs windows and are very happy with the work. Casa Bella was able to do the install 2 weeks earlier than expected. As re-scheduled, they appeared the day after the great TO Flood of 2013 (we were unsure if they'd be able to), and had all the windows installed, insulated and framed in two days, as promised. German, Kyle and Manny were excellent. Would definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our lower level windows. Casa Bella, if you're reading - THANKS!

Beautiful store, excellent selection of merchandise, very helpful staff. Purchased a bench and was told it was on back order and would take a couple of weeks. The next day, I received a call and was told that it had arrived and was ready for pickup. Staff were friendly, helpful, and upfront. Bench was perfect. Would definitely return to shop!

I ordered a small glass table in March from the Markham location, and was told it was in stock in Montreal and would take two weeks to get to Toronto. I received a call, but was then told that only one piece was in and they shouldn't have called. After 4 more weeks, I called back and was told that the table was in - I'm not sure how long it had been sitting there, or why the salesman couldn't call me. I went to pick it up, only to learn that there were two bases and no glass top. I spoke with the manager who told me that he would have to get me another glass top from Montreal - within 2 weeks. They should try using UPS, they'd have much quicker delivery. It's now coming up to two weeks - still no word. Very disappointed in Mobilia and their customer service. They have many salesmen standing around, but no one following through on what happens after they make the sale. I will be cancelling the order tomorrow.

Salesperson was very helpful at purchase time - told me that I could take delivery of the sofa in 3 weeks - time was a major factor in my purchase decision. Too bad he didn't communicate this urgency to anyone else. When I called 3 weeks later, I was told it would be another 3 weeks. If I'd known it was going to take this long, I would have either purchased something that was readily available, or gone somewhere else. It's now been 5 weeks and I'm still waiting.
