Hired Finer Edge to touch up main floor and basement walls in preparation to sell my home after being extremely satisfied with their service painting the entire 2nd floor of my home a year ago. They also replaced burnt out exterior pot lights, fixed rust stains on my front porch, and touched up the paint on my front door. It's so easy and hassle-free: I give them a list, they show up with everything they need, and 2 days later it's all professionally done, and I'm ready to sell! We reno'd two bathrooms at our cottage and decided to purchase all our materials from Roman Bath. While service was great when we first picked out and purchased our materials, a steady decline in service and attention soon followed. Too many inadequacies to mention including wrong finish on fixtures, granite countertop / sink drain / cabinet hinges broken, wrong materials delivered, items missing from order - issues were compounded by shipping hassels & costs to/from cottage country 3 hrs away. While the manager reimbursed the $600 cost of our shower door to make up for all the errors, the hassle and headaches that ensued unfortunately overshadowed this small token of goodwill. We cannot in good faith recommend this company.

We recently used Tender Touch to switch an office and bedroom between two floors and take our stuff to storage in prep for new baby #2; did the same with them when baby #1 arrived, and we have used them in past to move us out / into two other homes. We will continue to use them and recommend them without hesitation. All of the various crews we have met are polite, fast & efficient, and careful. The guys took care of everything from protecting our interiors to furniture disassembly/assembly to packing/unpacking. They don't waste time, and make the hassle of moving a much more pleasant experience.

Gord, Vince, and the painters from Finer Edge were prompt, efficient, very professional, and provided top notch service. The attention to detail - from the stair risers to the crown moulding - was impecable. They took care of everything, from moving and covering furniture to replacing sconces and sockets - it was like a swift breeze had swept through our house and, upon leaving, left no evidence that anyone had been there except for a perfectly painted home! We will continue to recommend them without hesitation, and we will use them again and again!
