We are a Manufacturer of Engineered Hard Wood Flooring. We sold Three Towers Flooring over $20.000 worth of flooring, that Three Towers Flooring never paid for. After the order went out they stopped returning our calls. Manufactures warranty flooring to the retail store that purchased it. Not directly to the end consumer. If material is not paid and the retailer is not communicating with the manufacturer your floor will obviously not be covered by any warranty. Consumers Beware!
