Hired to revise and complete a rough-in for a total reno. They did mostly what I asked, but per usual contractors, when left alone, they decided to get a bit "creative" with piping routings, like water lines through the middle of an electrical panel area. A cross support piece on my new Ikea sink installed in the basement was broken off completely while they installed the plumbing under. When called on it, they denied breaking it and said "must have been the other contractor", but there was no other contractor. They did not make any attempt to repair. But he denial is the worst - would never use again.

Cut out existing window in basement bedroom, replace with larger window. Can-West did the complete job from window well dig-out, concrete cutting, window installation, and window well installation. All done within 4 days of calling. Job took 1-1/2 days.

Removed wiring from existing kitchen, installed new panel, rewired kitchen to current code requirements including 60A circuit to range location for induction capability, removed and replaced all switches and plugs. Work was done on time & on budget.

We had used About painting for exterior painting, and called them to remove wallpaper from a 1950's bungalow where wallpaper covered almost all wall surfaces (and even a ceiling). There were at least 5 different kinds of wallpaper of various vintages. Some were very difficult to remove. They showed up on time, very reliable and professional, worked hard on the project for over 60 hours - satisfied with the results.
