We are buying our first home and we wanted an inspector we felt we could trust. We are so happy that we met Joe. He was very thorough and patiently worked alongside my husband to answer all of his questions. We now feel much more confident about the ins and outs of our house and know exactly what we are getting, The detailed binder that we were given at the end with all of the info was great.
