We started off on good terms but the second joe was given the first payment his attitude changed became very hard to deal with, seemed we were always bothering him anytime we asked any normal question for this type of reno. Work started and then dropped off for weeks, this is where things started to go down hill, we had so many issues too many to list here but I would never recommend him EVER!! We were so unhappy about the quality of the craftsmanship but all we wanted to do is get our house back and joe out of ours lives. We received legal advice after we moved back in to see what options we had to recover some of money to repair the shoddy work.
