Laurenzo came right away and gave us a quote on a superior product. It was a challenging installation but he fixed things he saw that were outside of the scope of his quote and did not charge any extra. Westmount Heating wasn't our only call when looking for a new furnace but they will be our only call from now on. Roy Paris
